Shipping policy
At Present We ship with Royal Mail 48 hr tracked and NEW 24 hr. Royal Mail International signed for items from our Warehouse in Taunton, Somerset.
NEW International Royal Mail tracked rates are divided into Four EU Zones. Duties and Taxes for some EU Countries are now collected at the checkout and delivered with Royal Mail or EVRI international Duty paid Service. This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking no and we pay the duties on your behalf via Shopify and Royal Mail. We are GSPR compliant and use a third party company to facilitate this.
Items under £15 can be sent using the large letter postage with Royal Mail.
International Orders we provide all custom codes and our EORI no on each parcel. We provide country of origin and HS Custom Codes for each product.
When placing your order please allow for delivery time. Please take into consideration our Warehouse does not dispatch at the weekends or Bank Holidays.

Packaging Policy — Updated August 2026
At Bettylicious Retro we are committed to responsible packaging and meeting the latest EU packaging regulations.
EU Orders All orders shipped to the European Union are now packaged exclusively in recyclable cardboard boxes with tissue paper. We have moved away from plastic mailing bags for all EU shipments in line with EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requirements. Our packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable.
United States Orders We now ship to the United States with prices displayed in USD at checkout. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Taunton, Somerset, UK via Royal Mail International Tracked. We aim to deliver within 5–8 working days. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where possible, meaning we cover import duties on your behalf so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. Please note that US import duty and tax rules are subject to change; in some cases duties may be payable by the recipient upon delivery. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.
UK & Rest of World Orders We are currently transitioning away from plastic mailing bags for all orders. While we use up our existing stock responsibly, we are switching to paper mailing bags and recyclable cardboard boxes. This transition is underway and we aim to be fully plastic-free across all shipments as soon as possible.
